Feng Zheng Hu, Chinese dissident and critic of the Chinese government, is 'living' (since November 4th 2009) in the arrivals hall of Tokyo's Narita Airport Terminal 1, after being forcefully barred entry to his native China and returned against his will on a plane to Tokyo, in Tokyo, Japan, Tuesday 15th December 2009. As Zheng Hu (55 years old) has not cleared immigration in Tokyo airport he has not technically entered Japan, and is currently living in no-man's land. His current home consists of a bench which the airport authorities have said he can sleep on, and under which he stores his luggage and food- mostly given to him by supporters who pass through the airport. Zheng Hu has a mobile phone, laptop and internet access and is able to maintain a website about his situation and his protests against the Chinese government.
